Five short clips, one surface each. Every record shown is constructed. No real member information.

My Work is where the day starts. What needs attention, what is due next, what you are waiting on someone else for, and what was left unfinished. Each member to open shows why.

Caseload is every member you support, in one list. Programs, who holds the case, when the next contact is due, how many attempts this cycle, and the status, with filters by program and by what is past due.

A member record keeps the work connected. Open work with its reasons and dates, who holds it, the next contact, the case manager, and tabs for care plan, housing, timeline, notes, assessments and authorizations.

Housing Overview counts every housing case and sorts it by stage: Seeking, Matched, Placed, Sustaining. Each case shows the service, who owns it, when it was updated, and the latest note.

Screenings lists what Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports expect, member by member: what is on file, what is owed, and what was never recorded. Recording a screening saves onto the member's chart.
