Screenings and assessments in CalLINKS Work

Every program asks something of the people in it. Screenings, assessments, enrollment paperwork. Keeping track of what has been asked, and what is still owed, is its own kind of work. Every record shown here is constructed. No real member information.

1. The work behind the paperwork

Behind every screening is a conversation someone has to have, and a record someone has to keep.

2. One place to start

From the Hub, every CalLINKS surface the organization uses is one click away. Screenings sits alongside My Work, Caseload, Care Plans and Member Records.

3. What has been asked, and what is still owed

The Screenings surface lists what Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports expect, member by member. What is on file. What is owed. And, in plain words, what was never recorded. Recording a screening saves straight onto the member's chart.

4. On the member's record

The Assessments tab keeps the pieces together: a link to the organization's screening workspace, with no member information sent from the record; a place to record an assessment in your own words; and the screenings and forms filed earlier.

This is good work. This is My Work.
